Warning,,,,do not go here. I unfortunately did, getting two implants 6 years ago. After feeling something click in my mouth in October, i call Clear Choice for an appointment/ consultation, and the first word Jane said to me were, " your out of warranty". Be aware, they claim to offer lifetime results, but only if your lifetime is 5 years,,!!! I made an appointment anyway, saw a dentist who proceeded to diagnose a different issue, never addressed the failed implant, was suppose to refer me to an endodontist to consult wit... read more

The Support Staff at this Location leave a lot to be desired. The receptionist Jane is especially rude and uncooperative. I have paid over $25,000.- and three years of my life for my implants and while I am quite satisfied with them, I do not like getting the run around from the front desk staff when I call to make an appointment because I am in pain due to a failure with my implant. In 5 years I have had three separate incidents of the implant failing, and my being in pain. Each time I have called Clear Choice to come i... read more
