This biz deserves a "Zero" rating. Run, don't walk from a biz NOT BBB accredited because they care less re BBB Standards of Trust. We waited 2-3 hours to get a 60k quote (outrageous). When I asked if they'd try to meet or lower their quote, they lied said "yes, send all including competitor's diagrams". But they lied & made no counteroffer--even said the reason 2nd quote is over 30k lower is.because Oral.Surgeon is Mexican. So obviously discriminatory.

If you can afford individual implants, I would highly recommend exploring those over a bulky "all on 4" appliance! I hate mine! My speech is now impaired, and it's impossible to eat without a lot of food getting jammed under my appliance. I'm paying $30K for this mess, and I wish I had done individual implants.

Do not get your teeth work done here, they quoted me for a $600 surgery and it ended up being well over $1500 in out of pocket charges, straight scammers

This has been the worst experience I've ever had. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel the appointment and requested a refund. Staff had been very helpful up until that point and after that the customer service went down the toilet. Its been over 2 months now and i have yet to receive my refund Ive called the office assistant Jessica at the Washington Blvd Chicago office several times and she has not returned my call. Last i spoken with her in reference to my refund she was very rude and unprofessional and she lied... read more
