Do not get your teeth work done here, they quoted me for a $600 surgery and it ended up being well over $1500 in out of pocket charges, straight scammers

This has been the worst experience I've ever had. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel the appointment and requested a refund. Staff had been very helpful up until that point and after that the customer service went down the toilet. Its been over 2 months now and i have yet to receive my refund Ive called the office assistant Jessica at the Washington Blvd Chicago office several times and she has not returned my call. Last i spoken with her in reference to my refund she was very rude and unprofessional and she lied... read more

I have had implant surgery years ago. I found out later that I was charged thousands of dollars more than another person that had the same surgery done. My implant has had several problems. When the staff thought I would pay thousands more to get another bridge made I was treated great. As soon as I said not now they were terrible, condescending, rude. If I have to go back it will be to a different location.

I've never been in more relentless all-encompassing pain, in my entire life. I told them from the beginning that regular painkillers had little effect on me, and they promised me that the pain would be light. I paid $56K and I was told that the $56K would cover everything, but they didn't mention the $4K for the anesthesiologist. It's been a week, but I still can't sleep at night because of the pain. The people seem nice enough, but have a hard time deviating from the script.

Find a competent and reputable dentist in private practice who specializes in implants. Clear Choice is a for-profit corporation, in it for the money. This is a revolving door for dentists. The prosthetic dentist and oral surgeon that you start with may or may not be there throughout the course of your treatment. If problems come up--including ones that are painful-- it's iffy whether they will see you right away or ask you to wait a month or more. Yes, the "implant in a day" ads are misleading.
