My experience as a single mom was filled with continuous blessings from this team. My 17 year old son is an athlete who was severely hurt during a basketball game. I received the call that my son was hurt and rushed to the emergency room. I thanked GOD that he was conscious and alive. When I saw my son for the first time in the ER I was devastated due to not being able to kiss or dust the hurt away. My son lost five of his teeth. You have never seen my name ever attached to any type of reviews. I have never taken the time to write any reviews, because quite honestly I'm very hard to impress. My experience was fantastic. I had 7 teeth remaining when I came to ClearChoice. I was in pain and very afraid of dentists my entire life. The doctors told me I needed a full mouth restoration with implant bridges on the upper and lower. On the day of surgery I was very nervous but by the time I left on that day I was in ZERO pain and had a beautiful set of teeth. The recovery was quick. The idea of implants scared me at first. Now that I have done it I know it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has been about a year since I have had them done and there has been absolutely no problems. My overall health has improved . I can eat whatever I want, and my smile is perfect! I called to make an appointment with the Dentist/Prosthodontist could not even ask any questions at the actual office ,only a national call center. I was told "you can only be treated if you had implants from Clear Choice"! From all the bad reviews I just read I guess it's CLEAR I don't want these greedy money hungry oral surgeons touching me. They aren't interested in helping anyone ,just money!!

I called today 11/04/2025 at 8:05am to ask if I could change my appointment to a different location that's closer to my house. The person who assisted me sounded annoyed and too inconvenienced to help me. They told me that their location was the closest to my house but on my maps app, there was another location that shows me it's closer to my house. At this address: 4910 Directors Pl #300 SD CA. MINUS 1 START. This practice MUST be closed down! They are very unprofessional, rude, they have jeopardized my health in 3 different occasions by saying: "we don't have enough personnel to see you" " you must come and pay $500 first before our provider order any antibiotics", " go to ER we don't have any available appointments", etc etc. Every 2 - 3 years they changed providers: Dr. S. The general manager from ClearChoice emailed me and stated: "Dr. Ng left the practice in January, so I believe another doctor handled your last few appointments."
