Horrible. They installed by upper teeth arch in 2014 and recently had some implants go bad. I went in on June 5, 2025 and had them run a scan. The same day I went over the scan with Mike (asst) and the main doctor to go over the scan. They told me they would discuss this with thier surgeon who could repair/replace the teeth arch and that the surgeon would call me back the following week on June 11 when he was available. I never recieved any phone call from the surgeon on June 11 and called back on June 13 to see whats going ... read more

I kick myself for not coming here first. Clear choice is great to get the money and do the first procedure. It was scheduled 2 days after they got paid! They did not tell me, after your 4 month healing time it will take another month or 2 before we can get you in to put on the crowns. Had they told me I would have shopped around. The desk ladies have canned responses, I told them this is horrible customer service making me wait so long. "I'm sorry you feel that way". I told her feelings are not facts. I booked an appointment with Clear Choice. On the day of my appointment, they called and cancelled. They said they had to reschedule and offered a time not convenient to me. I was not free. I told them I'd just cancel the whole thing and get my money back, which they had happily taken up front. It's been two weeks now and they have not returned my payment. I spoke with them at the end of the 7-10 day waiting period, (waiting for what?). They assured me they would return my funds. They still have not after two week... read more

The worst. Will disfigure you, only care about money and you will end up in a competent doctor's office one day like me to fix the aftermath they leave you will and you will hear the new doctor tell you how many countless clear choice dental patients that they have to fix. Don't go to them! Stay far away!!!! Zero stars! I had to pick one but they don't deserve ANY positive anything!!!! Barbarians!

This business only promotes full mouth implant replacement. After leaving a $1000.00 refundable deposit I found it difficult to get my deposit back. Via email I requested a refund. After several emails back and forth I was forced to go into office to sign their refund form. Of course this company chose to harass me to the point I told Dr. Parciak that I had been feeling harassed by her. She then finally handed me the form to read & sign. I started with ClearChoice in 2017 My treatment: replace all upper teeth with a single arch implant. Post op recovery was extremely painful and I lost 20+ pounds because eating was impossible. (They didn't prepare me for that!) It took over 3 years to get my final permanent arch completed. When I signed up for this $22,000 project, I was told by the business manager and the chief dentist that this one time fee would cover my procedure, my arch and my care for life. I scheduled an appointment months out and even confirmed the appointment a week beforehand only to receive a call a few days prior that the doctor decided to take the day off and that they have no appointments available for another month out. Beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and will be finding a different dentist that actually values their patients.

Just had procedure yesterday for upper front teeth. Unfortunately the temporary teeth fit very badly, molars unusable and Dr Ing won't look at it until 10 day post op visit. Very unhappy.
