"Excellent service" My husband and I took our 2016 Ford Explorer in for its first service and we were beyond pleased with our experience. Our service consultant (Joe Trentham) came right out to meet us and was so friendly. As first time customers, I was a little anxious to see how the service department operated. It was simple. We were made to feel right at home. The cashier was so friendly as well. She treated us like we had been customers all along. I will continue to use Larry Hill Ford for all of my service needs.

"Our New Dealership" we stopped in several dealerships from Chattanooga to Cleveland looking for a used truck for our son. Larry Hill associates were tentative, professional, and very accomadating. In fact, we had a trying experience with another local dealership and had almost given up. Trevor Turnee was the first associate to us and never left out side. This experience was like s breath of fresh air. We have found our new car dealership. (I really liked the black Lexus!).
