"Top notch oil change" Went in for an oil change on my 2014 Edge along with rotating the tires. They did an excellent job. Everything was completed to my satisfaction.

"We won't shop anywhere else" This is our second vehicle from Larry Hill Ford & Imports in Cleveland. We are extremely impressed with all the employees there. We took our 2 yr old and 10 month old there while looking for a car. they started getting a little fussy and we had two different people checking on them and bringing balloons. Worked like a charm. "Amazing customer service!" I've worked with several ppl over the past 6 months, and they've made it a delight to be there! They love helping their customers and they Always know you by name!
