"Great service" Took my truck in for oil change and was treated great by service rep Ron Penepent. He was very helpful and answered all my questions got my truck out very quickly.
"Great service" Was met at my car by a friendly service consultant. Was call when problem was found and took time to tell me that my car was ready for it 60,000 miles checkup. They got all this done in two days.
"Great Service" Jerry Johnson has helped me both times I have waled into the department to get my oil changed. He has been the one who has greeted me and made eye contact with me first when walking into the door. Great man!
"Jerry johnson" Jerry was so nice and helpful. And funny! He is a great and a pleasure to deal with! Would recommend him specifically to anyone. If you have any issue he will take care of it and make the experience very pleasant.
"Great" Ron and the whole service department has been all ways nice and very helpful each time I have visit the dealership and the service on my car is all ways complete.
"Didn't expect to buy a new. " Came to Larry Hill just to do some window shopping but ended up purchasing something. Got a great rate and the sales staff worked with me all the way.
"Routine service performed" Very fast service. I was in and out in about an hour. Handed the keys to Ron Penepent and before I went into the waiting room the technician came and drove the car into the service bay. Ron informed me of the overall status of the vehicle after the service was performed. Always good service from Larry Hill Ford.
"It was amazing!" Dave has always been great! We plan to continue to use him everytime! He doesn't ever try to sell us something that won't hold up!
"Looking at Ford Escapes with my wife" We went to look at some Ford SUVs because my wife had such a good experience with owning a Ford Mustang, and we were looking for a new car. Jarrod took us around and showed us several Escapes and Edges that fit what we were looking for, and let us drive them around too.
