"Customer Service" Jerry was very helpful with scheduling my appointment and answering my questions as a new owner of a Ford car. He made sure my car was serviced within an hour of my arrival. Before leaving he went over my car report. I call that excellent customer service.
"Oil change/tire rotation/routine maintenance" We have purchased numerous vehicles through Larry Hill Ford over the past several years. The customer service has always been impeccable and we have always been treated with fairness and respect.
"Good experience" Getting my truck serviced for its regular maintenance is always a good experience. The staff is always very courteous and helpful and the wait isn't very long.
"fast, friendly, and great service " Very friendly and the service was fast. He helped us get our keyless entry code. He even went as far us getting one of the service guys out of the garage after hours.
"Quick and easy" Ben Myers made my car buying experience quick and easy. I told him what i was looking for and he took me right to it. Dealership has a friendly staff and i left happy with the deal i got. Best car buying experience ever!
"Unexpected Service Call" I had to stop at this dealership to reattach a panel that had loosened under the f-150 truck I was driving. Ron Penepent looked at the problem, crawled under the vehicle and fixed it. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. My wife could not believe it. Thank you and Ron.
"Always a good experience" Usually I make an appointment for service and I'm in and out in an hour. Last week, I realized I was overdue for service, so just showed up on a Friday morning and expected to spend the morning there. I was out in less than two hours. I was pretty impressed. I have purchased five vehicles from Larry Hill and have always had good experiences with both sales and service staff. Thanks Joe Trentham for taking care of me and my Flex!
"Great Service" Our entire service experience was excellent. From the time we arrived to the time we picked up our van Ron was communicative, honest, and accurate. We will be happy to bring our other vehicles in for service.
"Best Experience Ever!! " We walked on the lot nervous and not wanting to commit to anything just yet. Kevin showed us a couple cars and we just didn't have much interest and definitely didnt want to have to go through credit checks for something we weren't crazy about.
