"Service to 2014 Ford Focus Transmission" My 2014 Ford Focus needed a new clutch in the Transmission Stutter issues. Brought the car in and Jerry Johnson was my Service Advisor. He was very helpful and very polite. He called back when he got an update on the progress and was very nice.
