"Good customer service. Not high pressured and friendly." I particularly appreciated the prompt and multiple followup contacts by John Yow when I made the initial inquiry about the vehicle. He did not pressure me but made us feel that he was there to serve us as a customer. I had considered another vehicle at another dealership, but was turned off by the attitude of the dealer who made me think he was doing me a favor by selling me the car. I did not sense this with this dealership.
