"Outstanding customer service. " Mr. Elliott Harris went above and beyond. We pulled up at the car lot and it was pouring rain, and Mr.Harris came out within just a few minutes with umbrellas. Mr. Harris was also extremely nice, and very helpful with any questions or concerns that we may have had. I would highly recommend other people to use Ford of Cleveland for any of there car buying.
"Fair Dealing" Even though it took Ford about five months to deliver my Mustang, Cleveland Ford honored the differential margin we agreed to on my trade. "Confident Purchase" Got a great deal on my '17 Toyota Corolla. It was the second cheapest car in its class in my area (as well as within 80 miles), plus it had a lifetime powertrain warranty included in the price. Cleveland Ford actually lowered their price twice for me, once as a courtesy and once again when the cheapest car in my area went down in price as well. "Ford Got It Right" I loved my 2014 Mustang, but was ready for newer version. They kept everything I loved about my "old" car, and fixed a few things I personally viewed as less-than-perfect.
