"Excellent!" I couldn’t have ask for a better experience. John is the best! He was very patient with me and when I wasn’t for sure on my first selection, we keep looking until I found a car that I loved. I will definitely be returning to Cleveland Ford for my next purchase. I also want to give a shout out to Rob Stence and Kevin Flowers. They were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable through my experience. Will be back!

"Excellent " JD is a genuine and good spirited young man. He helped make my car buying eperience easier for me. He took a lot of time and was very patience with me to make sure my needs were met. He walked me through the car buying process and was very detailed. I couldn't ask for a better salesman that went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with purchasing a vehicle. Honesty goes a long way. JD is exceptional!

"Great buying experience! " JD was awesome to work with! There’s nothing I dread more going to look for a vehicle than a pushy salesman who is intimidating and doesn’t listen to you. JD was quite the opposite, as well as Rob and everyone else we dealt with throughout the buying process. He was so nice and kind hearted, and created a pleasant buying experience . Who knew you could leave feeling good about your purchase instead of stressed and frustrated?! Go see JD for a phenomenal buying experience!

"Great experience " Ben Myers was very easy to work with and made the whole experience a positive car buying process. Previous experience with Larry Hill ford; made me hesitant to deal with Cleveland Ford. However, I found this experience the complete opposite of my previous experience. Thanks Ben for the pleasant no pressure afternoon of car buying . I would definitely recommend buying a car from Ben Myers at Cleveland Ford.

"Wonderful buying experience!" John was exceptional. Couldn't have asked for a better person. Patient and kind. Wasn't pushy let me make the decisions and just told me the facts. He worked hard to get us the vehicle we needed at the time but has also been there for us after the sale for anything we need. Will definitely recommend! A+

"Great People. Ask for JD." JD was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accessible without being pushy. Everyone through the process was very friendly. The process was easy with minimal frustration. They worked with us to get us the 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan we wanted for a good price, and their lifetime power train warranty can't be beat. I highly recommend checking these guys out. If/when we get back into the market, we will definitely get in contact with JD.
