"Great Sales & Financing " The salesperson I saw was Wayne Sorrels. I had already searched Cleveland Ford's stock online and knew which vehicle I wanted to test drive. During the dive, Wayne gave me the pertinent information I needed and answered all my questions without being pushy or pressuring me to buy. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
