"Great place very friendly!" Went to Cleveland Ford just to look around, really had my heart set on a Subaru outback after speaking with Brandon Walker he let us know he had used one. Ended up leaving in a new to me vehicle that night, was a great experience once again at Cleveland Ford. I was a previous customer.
"Great experence fast and friendly." We saw a car online drove from Ellijay, GA. to Cleveland TN to see this car. We called ahead to make sure they still had the car. The buyers Assistant Brad Doty said yes and he would have it ready for us to look at when we got there and he did ! We drove the car liked it and make an offer. We were in and out of the dealership with in 2 hours. I have never bought a car that fast. Everyone was very friend and very helpful. I would send my family and friends there to buy a vehicle.
"Ford Escape 2018" Cleveland Ford is a great place to begin and end your car buying experience. Everyone is helpful but without pressuring you to buy. I am a happy customer of Cleveland Ford.
