It takes a tremendous amount of frustration to drive me to leave a poor review. I'll put the "highlights" here at the top. If you want the story, read on. * Garbage communication - no window of arrival for techs. Minimal or inaccurate notice when techs are on their way. When you inquire, responses are tone deaf. * Unacceptable solutions - incredible fee for something that did not fix the problem; problem was" fixed"... until it wasn't and leaked everywhere. Came a day before scheduled and tried his best to get A/C unit back to cooling but says it will need further looking into for possible leak tomorrow. Not cooling down to set temp.Hoping for further service tomorrow.
