Braden Williams and Lonale Maples were assigned to our installation. There was a lot of work to do installing the air conditioner, circuit boards, piping for the air, thermostat, annd all the other work of cleaning up after the install the guys were professional, knew what they were doing, and did an outstanding job! Since it was cold for this time of year they are coming back on Tuesday to check the Freon and readings on the air to ensure all is good. Nabatae was sent out to diagnose why our air was not working. We were getting an error code 90 which is the equipment was not communicating. We evaluated the situation and cost to fix an outdated 20 year old air conditioner. Didn’t make sense so we called sales and I am getting a new unit and all the parts to integrate it into our current system.
