We were charged $250 dollars for a service call after being told that the previous service technician who came out to fix our initial install problem only a year after having it didn’t know what they were doing. The fan speed was in the wrong slot causing it to freeze up. I do not feel that I should be charged for something that was set wrong by a previous service technician. Troy was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good information on my AC unit. He walked me thru everything that he was doing and looking for. I appreciate the upfront advice and information and the fact that he was very professional and efficient with his time here!!

Scheduling process sucks ! I was told 8 to 12. Called at 10 to check and was told they were still coming . Called again at 12 and said somebody would be there in 10 to 20 minutes. But it was 45 actually . Waiting for 4 hrs is 4 hrs of my life I won’t get back !!!

Braden Williams and Lonale Maples were assigned to our installation. There was a lot of work to do installing the air conditioner, circuit boards, piping for the air, thermostat, annd all the other work of cleaning up after the install the guys were professional, knew what they were doing, and did an outstanding job! Since it was cold for this time of year they are coming back on Tuesday to check the Freon and readings on the air to ensure all is good.
