I have used CliqStudios twice. The first time in 2019 with incredible results of both quality and customer care. The second time was in November of 2020. The results of both quality and customer care were terrible. I ordered my cabinets on November 17, 2020. I understood that the lead time (as printed on my invoice) would be 5-7 weeks. Very Disappointed Customer.. We build a new house and contacted CliqStudios for our cabinets. We received our order and our contractor installed our cabinets. He mentioned that he saw many problems with the way the cabinets were made. We were missing End Panels and Shelves. WE NEVER RECIVED THE END PANEL !!! We had Cabinet boxes that had Big cracks in the box and or in the doors. I am the daughter of a builder, have run many construction projects, and built my own house. I bought my painted inset cabinets in the fall of 2019. Just a year later, they began chipping and the faces began getting disjointed. The finish started wearing. Bought my cabinets in 2019. Design and sales process was great. Went downhill here from there. Lots of shipping delays, damaged products, and poor quality control. Had to have many doors replaced initially. Fast forward to today and the paint on the cabinets is essentially chipping and falling off and the new company doesn't honor the original warranty. Not fun spending 10's of thousands of dollars for cabinets that look terribly a year later.

Quality is poor. Do not buy. This is the second kitchen I bought from Cliq. In 2017, the kitchen was complicated with many angles and uppers and lowers. It was a high-quality product and I had no difficulty getting it delivered, getting a door replaced, or installing it. The second kitchen, ordered July 2020 was after the ownership changed and is a very different story. Do not buy from this company. They will send you subpar product, avoid answering questions via phone or email, back out on warranties. You will end up wasting tens of thousands of dollars. Find someone local that will respond to your needs. Don’t use a company they sends broken, cheap parts and won’t fix it.

Cabinets were delivered with factory damage (nails/ staples protruding from the top rear into the interior of the cabinets). The designer worked up a design based on 8 foot ceilings (ours are 10 feet). We've used our pantry cabinet for 5 months and two of the shelves have fallen (they are not overloaded) The kitchen drawers slide around in the box. We will likely have to replace our entire kitchen. I bought cabinets from Cliq Studios for a kitchen remodel. The cabinets arrived late and then showed up busted and broke. Cliq I initially attempted to make it right by stating they would replace the broken cabinets and do a partial refund but they didn't. Even worse I later learned they sent only 12 inch deep cabinets instead of the normal 18 inch cabinets i had paid for. I wrote to them and asked how this wasn't fraud but par for their experience i have got no reply. Poor workmanship and even worse customer satisfaction

Also, wall cabinets in CliqStudios line, as well as most US cabinet lines, are a standard 12-inches deep. Base cabinets in the CliqStudios line, as well as most US cabinet lines, are a standard 24-inches deep. We're not sure what you're referencing when you say you were expecting 18-inch deep cabinets.
