Please if you are thinking of buying cabinets from Cliq Studios make sure you do your homework. My cabinets were delivered on June 6,2020. They were of very bad quality and were peeling. I just found out today July 11, 2020 that the design was flawed the dishwasher too close to a cabinet that I will not be able to open the drawer. I sent them pictures of damaged cabinet instead of a refund or replace the cabinets that are damaged they sent me a you tube video on how to repair my own cabinets that I spent approximately $6,000... read more

I ordered 3 samples over a month ago. 2 of the samples arrived and the third did not. When I asked customer service on March 5th about why it didn't arrive yet they told me it was coming shortly in a separate shipment from another warehouse. I've contacted their customer service and the assigned team member to me a total of 5 times in the past month asking for the sample to be shipped or to get a refund with no further response or action. As another reviewer mentioned, CliqStudio abruptly went out of business on about 3/17/2020. After working with a CliqStudios designer for several weeks, I placed an order with them in late February 2020, got a confirmation of my order, and then didn't hear anything more. After several days of calling and sending emails, I started searching online and came across a local news article in Minnesota stating that CliqStudios had abruptly shut down all operations. Cliq Studios has gone out of business with zero communication to those customers who have orders outstanding and with NO refunds offered as of today, 3/24/2020. I expected my order to ship 3/16/20. I left email and voicemail messages on 3/18/20 and again 3/19/20 to try to find out the status of my order, and on 3/20/20 found out by Googling them that they had closed down the week before. I have had my CliqStudios cabinets installed in my house for 6 months now and I can say I’m far from satisfied. The design, ordering and delivery were all top notch. 5 stars. However, when the in place product does not meet expectations, none of those matter I did a two tone cabinet with white uppers and midnight blue lowers. My complaint is on the blue lowers. First, they use paint and not laminated or hydrofoil color. I didn’t think this was a problem until I cleaned them for the first time and the paint rubbed off. There ... read more

As some of the other 1 "star" reviews have noted, the customer service is atrocious. Also, at least one of these reviews is written by one of the Cliq designers - Nicole Vroman - so not sure how many of these other positive reviews can be trusted. Our personal designer was a victim of fraud and someone sent her a pro account letter pretending to be from Cliq. We have a two-family house, and are redoing two kitchens and two laundry rooms. We placed an order for two new kitchens' worth of cabinets, as well as two new laundry rooms' worth of cabinets from Cliq. Needless to say this was an expensive order. We placed that order at the beginning of November. Cabinets shipped in mid December, and were supposed to arrive a week later. And then....nothing. No cabinets. No phone call from Cliq. Don’t order from this company! We started the process of ordering cabinets with Cliq about 8-9 weeks ago. The design process with designer went great and she did a great job except with proper delivery expectations. Before finalizing with cliq we got several other quotes and were up front with the time crunch we were on and we were told the cabinets would be delivered in 4-6 weeks.
