Cleanup and restoration efforts began at our house after having been flooded with saltwater during hurricane Irma. The first room we dealt with was our kitchen. I ordered cabinets through Cliq Studios while planning a kitchen re-design following water damage to my floor. As others have written, the design team (Bill was my point of contact) was helpful and knowledgeable and the software they use is great. Unfortunately, there were two errors made before the shipment left the factory: the shelves I ordered were not included, and one of the cabinets was the wrong color. After being in my place for 2 months I felt inclined to provide a review. Caroline was excellent. I purchased a lot from her and she was attentive and quick and turnaround for quotes was excellent. Why 2 Stars?! Well the quality of the painted cabinets is less than acceptable. The slightest bump and the paint is nicked with visible damage. This is not my first RENO where I’ve ordered a painted cabinet and the other brand was far more superior quality of cabinet and paint. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from cliqstudios. I went through the order process with one of their designers, Lisa. She was very nice and professional. We placed our order on September 13. Before I placed the order, I asked her what if a cabinet was the wrong size and we had to return it. She stated there would be a 25% "restocking fee". I got my order confirmation and the cabinets were to be delivered the week of October 9th. Fast forward 5 days to Monday, and the deal on our house falls through. We were obviously u... read more

We understand that sometimes, things which seem perfectly planned can fall through. This is why we have a 48-hour grace period on all orders, during which time the restocking fee is waived. However, five days had passed by the time we received your cancellation request, and our factory in Indiana had already started working on your cabinets. Pros: - Free designer assistance with renders. - Samples of door styles and colors. - Relatively inexpensive. - Damaged cabinets were replaced with no argument. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Credit where credit is due. Cons: - The designer let me modify the design in ways that were not optimal. (But seemed like a good idea to me) I wish she had been a little more adamant about why she made the decisions she did. - Large number of cabinets arrived damaged. I'll start with, I love my cabinets and my new kitchen. I really enjoyed working with my designer John (see my 5 star review on him.) The cabinets are good quality, and my husband was able to install them fairly easily. That being said, their Customer Service needs some work. After we received our cabinets and inspected them, there was 5 cabinets that had some "finishing" issues and cracks that the other 13 or so did not. Doing my project with this company was a complete nightmare. It all started from the beginning: 1 - The Designer assigned to my project was very nice however, she was either too busy to pay attention or was a horrible listener. We started working together on January 5th. I emailed her a list of the cabinets I wanted with wall measurements; all I was really looking for was a rendering of what the project would look like on paper since I already had it in my head. It has now been almost 4 months, and I have yet to receive all of my kitchen. The first set of cabinets were ordered in the wrong colors due to human error on their side. It took almost 2 months to get the incorrect order in and figure that out. Now my "rushed" replacement cabinets (which took about 6+ weeks) are missing pieces and will likely by "rushed" in another couple months. I initially contacted CliqStudios to request a free design in early September. I was given a telephone appointment for 9/7 at 6:15pm to speak with a project coordinator. My husband called me to let me know that the project coordinator had left a message the appointment had been rescheduled for the following morning because he had to leave by 4:30pm.
