We've been bringing our dog here for over a year and have been very happy. They send reminders about needed vaccines and have preventive health plans, which have made care economical. We've liked all the doctors, techs and front office staff. No complaints.
I have been taking my dog and cats here for many years. Great doctors and support staff . We always Feel welcome and our pets have received great care.
We have been taking our cats here for the past 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. The vets are knowledgeable, they explain treatment plans/options when needed, and you can tell they really care about the animals they see. The vet techs are also great as well as the front desk staff. Highly recommend Clocktower.

We have 4 doggies and Clocktower in Herndon has been our preferred place for many years ! All the doctors and personnel are excellent and they provide a courteous, professional and prompt service all the time.
We loved that this Vet clinic was open on a Sunday. Our Vet Tech, Katelyn, was so good with our two dogs. Dr. Chu was thorough, very easy to talk to and explained things clearly to me. We will definitely continue to use this place for our furry babies.
Here for first visit with new kitten; very clean and friendly reception area but is now been over 1.5 hours not entirely sure for delay Veterinarian protocols seem typical but the seating is not comfortable in the small exam room We will see
I love the vets at Clocktower Animal Hospital. The staff and the vets take special care of our pets. I've been coming here for almost 15 years. The care has been excellent and caring. The staff are personable and respectful. The vets are wonderful. I would recommend them highly to anyone who want caring exceptional animal care
I've trusted the doctors here with my dog for more than 10 years. He's getting great treatment and preventative care. The front desk team is simply outstanding. And the technicians really listen and take notes.
