We recently saw Dr. Gibson for an exam of a recently adopted adult cat. She was very patient and thorough, going through the medical history and care options for an allergy in detail. The wellness plan was brought up, but not pushed. Costs for the visit were reasonable.
LOVE Clocktower Animal Hospital (CAH)! They're the best, professional, kind, prompt, thorough, considerate. Great pet care. Love 'em! Dr. Mazur is wonderful. All the staff and all the docs have always impressed me at CAH....when I first took our Great Dane, she'd been to two other vets for an issue they could not resolve. Within ten minutes the vet at Clocktower had examined her properly (only one to do so), figured out the issue, and referred us to a specialist. A simple procedure later, the problem was cured! I have been going here for 3 years or so. I usually see Dr Mazur & have always loved the level of care he has given my two dogs & cat. Last week My 11+ year old doberman whom I love dearly, suddenly became gravely ill & Dr Mazur is away for the holiday. The front desk staff were fantastic with me on the phone & my husband & I got there as quickly as possible. The Vet tech & Dr Gibson came out to the car as my dog could no longer walk. The staff and Dr. Mazur are really wonderful! I visited with my little yorkie Bentley to resolve GI issues that have costed me hundreds of dollars over several months with a different vet. The staff here immediately assisted me register Bentley as a new patient quickly examine his situation and have done an outstanding job provide me with implement a course of treatment in the best interest of Bentley. Simply amazing! I'm watching my nephews dog a dog course stress and diarrhea along with fine carpets don't go hand in hand. I called from dc in a panic and everyone was sooooo amazingly nice. Dr. Mazur answered all my questions and was super patient... they called in the prescription to my pharmacy in DC and here I am with what the dog needs to calm his bowels. A long day but ending in a happy note! Thank you sooo much.... Captain loves you guys for a reason ... you take such good care of him!
The staff at Clocktower are wonderful from the front desk personnel, vet techs to the veterinarians. The vet staff are always so kind, honest, helpful and informative. Without a doubt the most helpful compassionate vet service I have ever encountered. My dog, Scoops, was very sick. He required surgery and then revision surgery which resulted in a very nasty infection. The surgery was performed at the Leesburg Animal Clinic(don't go there!!!!!!-will be writing another review). All of the vets are WONDERFUL here, as are the vet techs and front desk staff. Everyone is extremely caring, professional, and knowledgable. Dr. Mazur caught two medical conditions in my cat that our previous vet (at another clinic) missed. His diligence saved our cat and restored his quality of life almost immediately.
