Talk about going the extra mile! I started looking for a home in the Roseville/Rocklin/Lincoln area in Feb of 2016. Buying a home can be overwhelming and rather stressful. Paul's expertise provided guidance for a smoother transition. My calls, emails or text messages were always answered without delay, no matter how many questions or concerns I had. I knew I would have a very short timeframe for renovation before moving in. Paul assisted with appointments so that measurements could be taken to order flooring materials. He also recommended a Painter who did an excellent job. Paul was professional answered all questions and made the process of selling my home a smooth one. I liked that I had the ability to communicate and sign papers virtually with my busy work schedule this worked out perfectly. Paul went through all documents in detail and always explained what he would suggest and why. Also I forgot to inform Paul that I will be out of town on vacation and he had no problem scheduling a person to meet where I was for the closing papers. I give him 5/5 stars.

Paul was excellent to work with. He was able to hone in on the type of properties that best suited our taste and budget and arranged for us to see them. This allowed us to find our home incredibly fast! He is very professional and easy to work with. We asked many questions and his response time was always same day.
