We recently worked with Tyler on the purchase of our first investment property. Tyler was very helpful throughout the process. With our different work schedules, we don't have much time together to look at homes, so Tyler made sure to be available when we were together so that the both of us could see the property at the same time. Once we were in escrow, Tyler and his team made the rest of the process a breeze. We would definitely recommend Tyler to our friends and family.

Spencer was very helpful with the home buying process. Although he said there was no stupid questions from a first time home buyer, I put him to the test in that regard. Spencer was able to work my busy travel schedule and meet me during his free time on the weekends in order to get the house i wanted. He made the process pain free and extremely easy to buy a home. I would use him again for any buying or selling needs.
David and his team were great in helping us find a good home. He was very professional, patient, and understanding. He was a good listener and empathy with your frustration when things took a wrong turn. He wouldn't mind to compromise his commission (just a little nick nacks ;) but enough to make you feel like somebody was willing to absorb the cost when it got so close... Would chose him again if we decide another home.
Truly a professional team with the sole focus of getting the job done and maximizing your value. They represented me on the sale of a property and it was seamless. A great experience. I would recommend this team if you want to get it done.
Colton did a great job for us. After many weeks of showing us different homes, he found us one that met our requirements and price. The communication was great via text , and phone calls. He always answered, and when we had a question he got back to us quickly. His quick work got us into our new home!
