Paul was great to work with for the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared all of it with us. Our home sold above asking within 2 hours! When buying the new home he helped us make good decisions and guided us to the perfect home. We never felt rushed with Paul. He truly wanted to make sure we were happy. Paul and the Cobalt team showed us several properties and coached us through the process. The loan officer Chad Focht made sure the process went smooth. Other than the listing agent being terrible it was a smooth transaction.

Colton was so easy to work with. I work for myself and my schedule is very hectic, Colton had no problem showing me homes on weekends or after hours at a moments notice. Him and his team, were available via email, text, or call any time and always ready to explain the next process and give advice. AWESOME group to work with and I will recommend them to everyone!
