Mine was a tough case. Bad credit, tight budget, and a very specific wishlist. The credit problems made me seem like a risky proposition, but David believed in me and went to work looking for a place my son and I could call home. David Hoggatt, Very professional, hard working and can make it happen. If your looking for someone who is honest, and truly cares about getting your loan processed and approved he is the one your looking for. Although it felt like an eternity trying to get approved and the loan funded it really only took me about 3 months. It was well worth the time and trouble. HE IS VERY RUDE!!! Don’t recommend him at all he hangs up without goodbyes. Did even listen to what had to say. Was looking for a new agent but guess he dint want a new client. He don’t sound very happy explaining things to me. DONT RECOMMENCED HIM!!!

Spoke with June over the phone one time and she said she had an agent helping her already. So I then gave her the information about the foreclosure property she inquired about and that was the length of our conversation. Sorry you felt like I was rude to you. This review will not be flattering of the Cobalt Real Estate team. I will first start this off by saying that the mess that became our experience blame is to be shared on both sides. We reached out to David to list our home for a 3rd time in a year. He was reluctant and suggested we go with another agent. I contacted David via Zillow, based on his profile and fave reviews. Upon contacting David's office we were directed to his partner Tyler. Tyler seemed to be on top of things (about 4 days) then he set up a meeting with potential buyers and their agent to view our house we are selling. He NEVER SHOWED! He did not call, email, nothing, he just left us high and dry, and obviously embarrassed in front of potential buyers.
