David did a spectacular job finding me a home in Roseville for around the 270K range. Tyler (his assistant), was helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to pull of the closing within two weeks and I had the keys to the house in less than a month after our accepted offer. David is a very professional and knowledgeable agent that will find you the home that you are looking for.

Dave and his team knocked it out of the park. It didn't take him long to find EXACTLY what we were looking for. We got regular updates on the progress up until we got the keys. Dave was always available to anwser any questions by phone and e-mail and our experience with Home Team Realty was seamless. I definitely recommend Dave to anyone in the area looking to buy.

David and his assistant Tyler worked extremely hard for my husband and I. They were always available to reach on the phone or online and were in constant contact with the mortgage company to ensure we received the best possible rate and service. It was great to have people like David and Tyler to help navigate through the stresses of purchasing a home. We highly recommend David and his team.

David and his team were very helpful. We were stationed all the way in Germany, and he made previewing potential homes online very easy. Once we arrived, we found our home in one week and it ended up being a home he felt we would really love and be happy with the location. He listened to our needs and met them. David was very very helpfull in a time of need. He was easy to ge a hold of and always had an answer for us about what was going on with our home. David was great to work with very professional. We had tried to use two other realtors previously and had no luck. David was able to show us more houses in two weeks than both the other realtors did in 4 months. David Hoggatt will be the only realtor i will be using or refering in the future.

David Hoggatt made my home buying experience great. He was always there to answer questions day or night. David stayed on top of everything with the listing agent as if he was buying the home for himself, if I ever need a realtor or know of someone who does David Hoggat is who I would go with.
