What a Pro! We were very concerned with selling our home in this economy. David gave us great advice, did a wonderful job promoting the open house, and we had multiple offers the first week! With his advice, we sold our home and closed within a month for more than the listing price! David and and his team were very patient, always responded to every question I had in a timely manner. David and an agent named Tyler underneath him WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! They called all the time to our bank and kept pushing them to move forward with the short sale on our house. We were really upside down, and these guys did everything they could to get things going. Everytime I had to deal with my bank, they would be rude to me, and these guys made it so I never had to speak with them again. We are connected to the military and relocated here from Germany. A friend recommended David and we contacted him before we arrived stateside. Dave and his asst Tyler are great agents to work with. Dave's finance experience is extremely helpful - a definite asset - plus he explains everything to you. They have incredible connections and can get you in touch with whatever service you need, usually at a discounted price. If you have questions after the sale, or just need another referral for example housecleaning or lawn care, they are readily available. Have already recommended them to multiple people.
