I am over the top pleased with Coit cleaning and restoration. Allen did an excellent job with cleaning ing the ducts . They needed it due to the remodeling and putting down wood laminate floors ; all that dust was recirculating and blowing through my house . heads up to people that are doing construction, remodeling painting, sanding etc . In your Dyi or paid .coit clean afterward . Love Shawn and lastly Kion who saved the day on my not having to replace Carpeting ! Very satisfying experience

Coit cleaned my aging mothers duct work as she couldn't keep up with dusting They were very respectful of my bed ridden mom and were very kind which made her happy. The amount of build up in the duct work was amazing, and they got it all. I am scheduling my home and would recommend them. Not pushy and fairly priced, a great experience. Thank you

Great job water vac cleaning our screened in porch (Tony) and marble restoration in a shower (Shawn). A cleaning person had used the wrong material on our shower marble and basically acid etched it. Shawn did an amazing job, literally making it look brand new. No easy task as it took 3.5 - 4 hours of using various grade of buffer pads showing his knowledge & experience. Also, their General Manager of Operations, Joe showed up which was very impressive as well. I would highly recommend this company as they have great guys... read more

We live in a double wide mobile home had all the vents Cleaned and they did it. the proper and right way!! The Workers was outstanding from the beginning to the end back in February we made the biggest mistake of hiring A1 Duck Cleaning and what a mistake and rip off that was don't ever go with that company go with Coit cleaning and restoration!!!!

COIT did an outstanding job cleaning our HVAC ducts! The ducts have never been serviced in our family home since my grandfather built the housing 1938! I would recommend them to anyone!

Had a chair cleaned and the grout in my vinyl kitchen flooring cleaned. Shawn K did an amazing job! I have used Coit for many years but had not had the grout cleaned for several years so it was very dingy looking. It now looks brand new again!! Shawn explained everything and answered any questions I had. I will be requesting him for future services.

We worked with Brad H. And Rick S and had a TREMENDOUS experience! We had them out to our commercial welding & fabrication shop and I can't tell you the difference they made on our floors, carpets, and ducts! I don't understand how there could ever be a less than 5-star review with this business given their superlative customer service and guarantees! You have a customer for life!

Technician was very thorough, on time, extremely careful with my furniture and friendly. I was extremely pleased with the results on my carpeting and will definitely choose them next time.
