Had the ducts and a few carpets cleaned. Long story short - it was a great experience from the estimate to paying the bill. Their people are transparent, personable, and professional. Will use again.

I just had two wonderful gentlemen from Coit at my residence today. The first one vacuumed all of my vents, including the dryer. He even sanitized the vents and the furnace! Later in the day, the second one dry-cleaned my carpets. These men were the utmost of professionals and did a very thorough job. I couldn't be more pleased with the job COIT did on our carpets.specifically the team of Bobby and Keon were professional and treated our house like it was theirs. Bobby , the senior member of the team showed his experience in a complete and efficient manner. I wish all service companies took the same care as these two did.

I've used COIT several times to have my wool area rugs cleaned and I have never been disappointed! I have had rugs that I thought couldn't be cleaned or revived but COIT always brings them back to life! I would never trust my rugs to anyone else! From the start when scheduling the appointment to the pick up and delivery all of the employees I have ever dealt with have been both professional, helpful and courteous!

I have had issues with my grout for several years. The COIT servicemen did a fabulous job cleaning and sealing the grout. It looks great! I am a happy customer!

I placed this review to the Cleveland office My issue is with the poor quality from the Akron office of COIT which offered at a point when I called to that they would return and clean the 4 missed ducts and I wasn't able to schedule and I felt this should have been done well to begin with. The Cleveland office is currently working to amend this review and Amanda is great working on this and may be the key to resolving my issue with the Akron office

Unreliable! I scheduled tile floor cleaning for the time block of 11-1 and customer service called to confirm time. At 1:00, no technician, no phone call. I called customer service and they told me I was scheduled from 2-4. Had I not called I would have never known and I scheduled that time block for a reason in addition to taking a day off from work! Coit Cleaning and Restoration is due well-deserved praise for the work they did in my rental home, when I arranged for them to do air duct cleaning. The Coit technician discovered asbestos wrapping some of the air duct junctions, etc. (some of it torn) and immediately advised me of this health hazard.
