Do not recommend at all. In all fairness, I marked some of his abilities as competent as I know he did complete the transaction for my purchase in a competent manner. But he is not reputable as buyer’s agent. He specifically told me I was in flood-free zone and didn’t require flood insurance. My next-door neighbor cornered him and told him specifically my house flooded frequently during heavy rains. Difinitly knows what people want, told me how to prepare and house sold immediately, third house he sold for us. When we’re ready he’ll get the rest. 2 houses sold in a week, one in a month. All 3 sold for more than expected
Used Meg in as a dual agent in my home purchase. Originally had asked her about using another agent in her agency and she lied and told me she unavailable on a long vacation.. later found out it was a 3 day trip. Agreed to have her as a dual agent, and she neglected to inform me of her relationship with seller. Jared is the hardest working agent on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He made himself available anytime that we needed him. He will be straight forward and honest with you. He is the only agent I would ever work with again.
Earlier this week, we closed on the lot that we had listed with Joe Edenfield. During the time that the lot was on the market, Joe informed us of the showings and the feedback from clients. Whenever we contacted Joe, he responded quickly. We would recommend Joe to list a home or a piece of property.

I have bought and sold multiple homes thru Leslie....I will not use anyone else....PERIOD.
