Please tell others why you recommend this agent was always available to answer all my questions or to find the answer for me, he found a buyer in short order and stayed on top of the process until it was completed my only complaint was the title company that was used. I would never recommend that company be used under any circumstances
I did not feel he was actually trying to help us get into any property. We had to do all of the leg work, he pushed us to use a mortgage company that we were not comfortable with. We found out later we qualified for a much better loan through a different company. While dealing with his "friends" mortgage company we lost the property that we were under contract with.
