Evelyn was our neighbor, so when we decided to downsize , we called her. She explained the process and gave advice while completing all the required papers and information about our home and grounds. The process included home, septic, well, pest control and appraisal. She took pictures of the inside and outside of our home and printed those for distribution and put it on her real estate computer site. Our working relationship with Ms. Melton was mostly via electronic communication. Ms. Melton was extremely responsive to our important information requests as well as basic dumb questions. Ms. Melton was very knowledgeable of the Ocean Springs/Biloxi area and that knowledge helped us determine the location we wanted to purchase our lot and build a home.
