Diane Carpenter is our agent. This is only our fifth home purchase but Diane is not our fifth agent. We've worked with several agents to sell our properties and to find new properties. Diane is hands down the best agent, we've ever worked with. From day one when we called Alfonso Realty about the house we eventually bought Diane has been on the job. Evelyn Ford is the best. This is the third time I've used her services. She can't be beat. Just a great person and realtor! House sold within 3 weeks and closing was a smooth process.
Terri was very professional and always available when I needed her. She will work hard to get your house sold quickly. I was pleased with the advertising of my house. I would recommend her to anyone !!
Business response:

Mr. Phillip was awesome! As a first time home buyer he made it easy and stress free! Always checking in to see what he could do to help and make the process go smooth. I will definitely be contacting him in for a future investments!
Erin is the best realtor I've worked with. She is very quick to respond and very knowledgeable about housing in the gulf coast region. She was able to sell my home in under 24 hours due to her extensive list of contacts. I also appreciate that she doesn't beat around the bush with information. She'll tell you her honest opinion when working through the selling process.
Very helpful and dedicated, I was fortunate to have a great partner in Erin during my home sale. She checked all of the boxes in being knowledgeable, independent/responsive, and compassionate of the stresses that we all encounter when moving. I would strongly recommend Erin to anyone.
We are so happy to have found our dream lot! Thank you Lizzie Fontenelle for guiding us through the process, sharing your knowledge of the Ms Gulf Coast, and quickly responding to all of our questions. Great agent and will definetly be a repeat client.
We were able to work with Lizzie Fontanelle to sell one house and purchase another in Gulfport. She was easy to work with, always available, responded quickly, listened to our concerns, and helped us through alot of unusual circumstances.
As an absentee seller, Terrie made the sale! She went above and beyond duty. She saved me thousands of dollars and miles doing seller duties in my absence. She was my eyes on the property. She did what I couldn't do. She had dependable contractors who work regularly her. They are loyal to her and myself based on past outcomes and met the buyers requirements under short time frames. These contractors did amazing things and bent over backward to make deadlines the seller accelerated. She also helped me get more for the house t... read more
