For her first time Mrs. Angle went over and above to do all she could do and keep us informed in all matters involved in this sale. I would recommend your office to all.
Philip was a pleasure to work with in the sale of our home. His knowledge, expertise, and responsiveness are some of his many areas of expertise. His friendly, mild-manner personality goes far in helping people negotiate through the selling process. There were many days he talked me "off the ledge." Looking for a Realtor...look no further. You will have found a great one with Philip!
I have worked with Philip on several project on the Mississippi coast over many years now, and am very comfortable recommending him highly. His knowledge of his market, and his responsiveness, have been a great resource to me in working on deals from a distance. I fully intend to keep working with Philip as the need arises.
He is the greatest realtor of all time. He was so helpful getting me throughout the whole process. I will recommend him to everyone I know in the market for in to sell or buy in Mississippi.
Margie Glouner was a saving grace during our home buying experience! She went above and beyond to make sure that we found our perfect home! We can’t thank her enough for all of her guidance and help. Can not recommend enough!
I was very nervous to sell my home of 13 years. Philip was recommended to me by a friend. He was so patient, and informative during the entire process! My house sold days after being listed!!! Philip never made me feel like I was bothering him with my many questions, and always responded promptly! I will recommend Philip to anyone needing a realtor, and I would use him again in the future if needed.
Philip listed and sold a rental home for me and was absolutely phenomenal during this process. I no longer live in the area, and he took care of everything for me so that I didn't have to travel back and forth coordinating. As anything came up in the process he would call me and have immediate solutions and clear next steps. He always kept me updated and the home sold in just over a month which exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Philip without reservations to anyone looking for a real estate professional. I will per... read more
