Philip was professional and personable. He took excellent pictures of our home and created a wonderful 360 online tour for our home listing. Philip was easy to reach, quickly returned our phone calls/texts/emails and kept us informed every step of the way. He knew our market and provided good advice throughout the process. He provided suggestions for yard service, someone to perform minor repairs and other needs as they came up. We have sold a home three times in 38 years- this was by far our best experience.
