My husband and I were first time buyers and anxious to start the process. Philip went above and beyond to make the process of purchasing a home easy and stress free! We were able to ask questions and get real and honest answers whether it be about location or resale value of a property. I loved having Philip as a relator because he truly cared about our happiness in finding a home and not just making another sale. Best Realtor Ever! Philip went above and beyond at every stage of the home buying process, from searching to closing and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and was able to offer ideas and insight to help us picture the potential good and bad in a house. We experienced a few hiccups from other parties, and Philip helped to pushed through for a faster closing, along with negotiating us a great deal! He is great at what he does and his passion for it and his client adds to this.
This was the first time my wife and I have sold a home. Phillip walked us through step by step and let us know what to expect. It made the process go smoothly. Philip called us 24 hours in advance of every showing. He also gave us comments from previous showings. When we got an offer on the home he came to the house and sat with my wife and I and reviewed the offer. At closing he reviewed all documents with us so we knew what to expect.
Donna was very friendly and professional. She showed enthusiasm in listing our property and kept in touch with me throughout the time of our listing.

Leslie was an amazing realtor. Anything that I had questions about she would have the answer and if she didn't know she would do her best to find out and get back with me. She did anything and everything she could to help my fiancé and I find the perfect home. I highly recommend her.
We were very satisfied with our experience with Kayla as our buyers agent.
