I just bought my first house last week, I was blessed to have Philip LeBlanc as my real estate agent. The words awesome and amazing don't even do justice in describing how great he was. We had a few set backs during the loan process, (to no fault of his, it was another company) and he stayed positive, and resilient in getting my family the house we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Donna as I was very impressed with her knowledge, enthusiasm, and her professionalism. She made the whole process go quickly and smoothly. I have worked with Philip on selling my investment townhome in Gulfport. My propery was quite unique, and the lack of comps made the sale quite challenging. Philip worked very diligently with every single buyer and supported every aspect of the process very professionally. He has excellent knowledge of the area, and his communication was fantastic throughout the process.

Donna stuck with us for about 3 years. We looked for about a year, got tired of not finding what we wanted, and then began our search again. We found the house because Donna reached out to fellow realtors in hopes of finding us the home that met all of our requirements. She did! The house wasn't even listed. Very thorough in contract negotiations, financing procedures and home inspection requirement. Very attentive to detail. Kept me well informed of all procedures. Listed home for sale and details were on the Internet the following day.
