Joe was a huge help and I would recommend him to anyone. I am a first time buyer, and I would probably still be looking at houses if it wasn't for him. Very knowledgeable, can be counted on. Always available. And will get you what you want. I called him numerous times at all hours of the day and even late night, some nights and he always answered or responded quickly. I can not find enough words to describe how good Mr Larosa was during our house hunt. He locked in on our parameters showing us everything available. He was upbeat and patient when my wish list conflicted with the wife's list. He kept us informed of every new listing and changes in listings we had seen.
