I can not find enough words to describe how good Mr Larosa was during our house hunt. He locked in on our parameters showing us everything available. He was upbeat and patient when my wish list conflicted with the wife's list. He kept us informed of every new listing and changes in listings we had seen. There were several reasons we really liked Carl. First off, he is a good man. Second, he knows the whole Gulf Coast really well.
