Mr. Edenfield went above and beyond his responsibility as a realtor. He listed my home and had it under contract within eight hours of listing it. Mr. Edenfield not only sold my home but helped me with the purchase of my current residence. He was always very responsive and went out of his way to assist me and to answer any questions that I had. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Edenfield when considering selling or purchasing a home.

Joe was a huge help and I would recommend him to anyone. I am a first time buyer, and I would probably still be looking at houses if it wasn't for him. Very knowledgeable, can be counted on. Always available. And will get you what you want. I called him numerous times at all hours of the day and even late night, some nights and he always answered or responded quickly. Very professional and easy to talk to

Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable through two separate real estate transactions in 2015. First in the purchase of vacant property and second in the selling of my home. He kept me informed throughout the process and I would definitely contact him again for future real estate needs.

Working with Jaymie was such a great experience. Not only was it our first time buying a home, but we lived in another state through out the process. I can not find enough words to describe how good Mr Larosa was during our house hunt. He locked in on our parameters showing us everything available. He was upbeat and patient when my wish list conflicted with the wife's list. He kept us informed of every new listing and changes in listings we had seen. This was the best Real Estate experience, over 10, that we have had. Very efficient! If you need to purchase or sell a house, you NEED Karl Larosa!
