Merry was very responsive to any and every question we had during the sell of our home. She advised us on things we should do to better our chances of selling our home. If we ever felt discouraged about the sell of our home she was always there to give great advise and in no time our house was under contract. Merry not only was our agent, but became a friend along the way. We will suggest her to any and all friends that are in the market to buy or sell.
Phil was able to show us our house using FaceTime, while we were half way across the world. We sent him a list of questions and within a few days had all of them answered. He made our move and purchase from overseas back to the U.S. less stressful.

Joe was amazing. My husband and I contacted Joe after the first realtor was not helpful and amazingly Joe was eager to help us. He asked what we were looking for and to send him a list of stuff we had to have in a house and a list of stuff we could live without but would like to have.
