Highly recommended and easy to work with I was very surprised at how patient he was always willing to take Time to answer any questions and explain every detail of the process start to finish. We checked out other companies and he proved be the most honest and helpful by far. He took what could be a stressful situation and helped us threw with easy. Also very respectful of my time only calling when I was not at work. As someone who doesn't leave reviews I cans say working with Cole was a great experience.
Pleasant Experience Right from the start, the process in working with Cole was easy. The professionalism he displayed and his sincere honesty is the reason I decided to work with him on our refinancing journey. He was always available to answer questions and would follow up when he said he would. He checked with me first, too, to see if I was available to take call which kept him from making calls while I was busy at work. I highly recommend working with him and his team.

It was a good experience. The process was easy and didn’t take long to complete from beginning to end. We were kept informed of the progress and status of our loan.
Professional and Knowledgeable Colton was so awesome to work with. As first time home buyers, we went into this process extremely nervous and clueless haha. Colton was so patient with us and it didn’t matter if we asked the same question more than once, he answered it like it was the first time we had asked.
