It was a very good experience coal worked really hard for me Coal was very nice to work with, I know this refinance with two mortgages was not very easy. "Coal stuck with me when I was in doubt. I thought that it was going to be complicated, I was impatient at times with the whole refinance thing. But Coal worked really hard to make things happen I was real appreciative that he stood by be.

It was a good experience After the constant rejection for a refinance( because I have acreage, previous mortgage companies wanted to do commercial loans because of it) we got it done, was able to do a cash out refinance!! Even with being self employed and transferring to a llc then s-corp in the last 2 years they got it done with a great team that communicated with what's going on and what needed to be done!!
