Promises kept Cole described the process and the timetable, which I thought was aggressive. However, the process went as he described and he met the timetable he presented. Events and information requests were described and there were no surprises. He followed up at certain times to insure things had gone as promised and to our satisfaction. Mortgages and refinances are some of the most important financial events in most people's lives and it is vital that the right person is handling the transaction. Cole is that person.
