College Bound Movers, get no stars at all. Very unprofessional from the start. They began by reminding us that tipping was normal. The next "reminder" was a warning for us to stay out of their way. Once the box was full, they told us that they were only contracted to fill the box and got ready to leave. This prompted me to call Mi-Box and resolve the issue. When they finally finished, I gave them a $60 tip and the reaction was one of disappointment.

Absolutely horrible experience.
Total invoices was much higher than estimates. We did have to add overnight storage but the final total was well above the final estimate. We have moved several times and I would not recommend this company. Some of the staff worked very hard but overall it took longer than it needed to and items were left at our old house that we needed to move. I did respond to a request for comments and have not had heard anything after several days.
👎 worst experience ever! Lots of damage (not scratches) to the majority of my furniture. Missing items, crew chief was rude and aggressive. Should have hid my tequila nips from them.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NOTHING WAS WRAPPED! I bought seven dozen moving blankets and wrapping plastic per their advice and they just threw about 1/3 of them over some of the furniture after it was loaded. Many pieces scratched and damaged from rubbing against one another. Huge srcape (through the paint) down the front of gun safe; vintage painted hall tree destroyed. We used College Bound Movers at the beginning of August. We were ANYTHING but happy. Take the time to read my assessment and then you decide if you want to spend your money on this company. Which I'm STRONGLY suggesting you don't! This lesson cost me around $1500+$400+. Let me explain.
