Lots of damaged furniture. We are now getting the run around on a resolve. Very slow to respond to emails and a solution. Seems like once they got their money. We didn’t matter any more. I do not recommend this company.

Very disappointed. Poor communication from office. Poor communication from movers, not only to me but I felt between themselves. Thought I’d use a local company but unfortunately was not as efficient as I thought. Maybe just a bad day…

Great service overall, nice salt-of-the-earth guys, very acommodating, BUT they don't appear to do much in the way of pest control with the trucks they use. We narrowly avoided a mass infestation of german roaches that hitched a ride into some of our boxes. And then of course they play dumb and try to blame our complex -- whose incidents with roaches are EXCEEDINGLY RARE. My suggestion? If you go with these guys, MAKE SURE the truck they contract out has been treated for pests! Or at the very least, ask that they reeval... read more

The movers and service were good but afterwards we were left with a roach infestation that is taking us nearly 2 weeks to get rid of will never use them again.
