too expensive and the woman who gave me a quote hung up on me. poor customer service
I had used CBM in the past and the experiences were good which is why I used them again. Apparently my good luck streak has ended! I called to tell them about my experience and was told I'd get a call when the person who handles complaints returned on Monday. It's been over a week and I never got a call back. They clearly don't take customer issues seriously.
They stole my friends belongings, smashed and tore items and are offering nothing in the way of compensation. This company IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. Find another company, any other company, but don't waste your time or money with these buffoons.
It looks to me like all the four star comments are from 5 years ago. I guess I just read those before I hired them. The more recent comments with one star are more accurate. I cannot even understand how they are in business. Broken stuff, wrong truck, then the need for another truck because no one knows how to pack a truck efficiently....no organization which meant more hours of work which meant me paying way more money than I should have. They could be honest, respectful and considerate of their clients. They could hire employees that refrain from theft, or discpinline those that do. They could show some compassion when dealing with clients whose items have been damaged or stolen.
Not only did this company fail at their performance of moving us properly they completely failed at treating us with respect and basic customer service... They need to go back to college to learn some serious skills!!!

Stay Away !! We used their service August 14, 2018, agreed on same day delivery, they didn't load correctly, There are around 40 box left behind which easily could of fit their truck, if that load properly. After 2 weeks they charged another 185.00 dollar. Because they suppose charge us overnight storage. I called them about this let them know we never requested overnight storage, they made me wait 2 hours to clarify that, than they said other excuses to keep charge. Don't use them, they trick people.
