Dr.Houser has a very dry, business-like demeanor. She could be more personable, compassionate, and warmer taking some interest in her patient . I felt like she gave me a cursory exam .it was very different back when Dr Simon was in the practice and actually was more thorough and caring - checked your heart, neck , as well as vaginal , helped you sit up from exam , even found a tumor through a rectal exam for me . The first office staff was efficient and welcoming. The office is very clean and calm. The MA or nurse was very pleasant and a great listener. And I’ve seen Dr Green for a long time because he’s a fantastic doctor who truly listens to his patients even when we can be nervous, confused, etc.

Basic annual examination - Dr. Green was very thorough in explaining medical benefits and needs (e.g., colon examination, mammograms, bone density). Dr. Green's assistant is very welcoming and friendly as she takes patient's blood pressure, weight , and questions/concerns.

Dr. De Bartolo took all the time that was needed for my visit since I was a new patient. We went through my entire history. She answered all my questions. I really was very placed with the appointment. Everybody was professional from the receptionist to the medical assistant triaging me to the doctor. I definitely would recommend this practice to anyone who asked me for a referral
