I appreciate my doctor and his nurse, Lisa. That being said, I am beyond frustrated with the call back process. I was awaiting results of an ultrasound and missed the nurses call two days in a row. I stead of offering a direct way to reach her, she left the general number. I had to choose appointments to get a live agent, who was able to connect me with her. This is unacceptable. The office staff are always efficient, friendly and kind. Dr. Houser is knowledgeable and professional. She cares about the well-being of her patients. The speculum exam and Pap are about as comfortable as it is possible for them to be. I appreciate her skill level, her calm demeanor, her empathy and her encouragement. I ended up moving further away from the office, but never even considered going elsewhere. Thanks for the great care you all provide! DLB MD
