I set up a payment plan two or three times now, I forgot how many, and each time it magically has gotten canceled a couple months into the plan. I only know this when I get another "final notice" bill in the mail, threatening to turn me over to collections. What did I find in my mailbox today? Yes, another one, and I see that my payment plan has been canceled AGAIN. This is ridiculous.
This company is awful at billing. They took 2 months to send the claim to my insurance, then never sent me a bill for the amount. I only found that I owed them money because they called saying I was late to pay. I requested my bill twice through their billing call center and received nothing after over month. They cannot email bills so you need to wait for a paper statement. This company is ridiculous. I have been fighting to get my money back for both my account and my daughters and they continue to send bills. No one there that you talk to knows anything. Everything is always on review. You can not talk to anyone that actually works in billing, just a bunch of people that you can't understand and don't understand you.
Probably the fault of the insurance companies, but -- I was billed in late May this year of 2025, and the service was provided for a CT scan I had done on Jan 4 2024. So it took almost a year and a half for me to receive a bill. SO ANNOYING. UPDATE!! Thank you for your reply. I understand that billing procedures with insurance companies can be a mess, and I appreciate the response.
My self and my insurance company were charged for x rays that were unusable for what my issue was. We paid for what? I tried to explain the situation several times - no one contacted me about the issue but I kept getting emails, text message & invoices in the mail about the balance due - Terrible experience - will never go back
