On February 6th 2026 I had an MRI done. A radiologist at Columbus Radiology misread my MRI and uploaded a finding which was a medical emergency and the on-call doctor at my orthopedic surgeons office sent me to the emergency room....BUT the emergency room doctor and the Neuro Surgeon both read my scans agreed that it was a misread. Literally no where on their website to email anyone with this feedback. Only a billing department number where when provided feedback said sorry and there was no other place to call or write to provide feedback. Billing is the worst. There were two separate claims processed by our insurance for the same date of service. For some reason, one of two bills was snail mailed to an old address and the other they emailed to our correct email. For the one they snail mailed, we did NOT receive it. To whom it may concern, My complaints are regarding lack of simple customer service, common sense, and productive billing practices that are conducive to running an efficient business. Firstly, customer service calls could be reduced and/or avoided with proficient computer billing software. There should be no need to spend hours on the phone, or to make multiple phone calls to customer service to arrange a simple payment plan simply because the billing software is not capable of addressing consumer needs. Through **** ******, I scheduled an *** on my right shoulder for 02/20/25.I was informed by *********** that I had not met my deductible for the year and I would need to prepay for the **** to the tune of $1,253.03. Basically the same review everyone else has given. Received multiple texts and emails from them for services that I could not verify. Starting with the fact that I’d never heard of them, nor could I recall any recent radiology service. 100% feels like a phishing scam.

Worst radiologists ever! They either don’t look at scans or just skim them! I definitely have something going on and I’m almost positive it it pneumonia or a lung infection! ********* ******* ******uses them and they are the worst. I was told one day my scans looked great. I felt worse and went out of town to another hospital and was admitted for 3 days as I was told I had pneumonia and bronchitis among something else. So they need to stop just skimming X-rays and scans! They need to look better!
