It’s not often you call in to speak with someone to ask questions about the bill, that they take the time and patience to go over all your concerns and questions. Simple, easy… I didn’t have to look anything up. I didn’t have to log into any website and create an account with login info I’ll forget. So, if there’s a next time I won’t remember it and can’t get logged in. Just had to input my payment information.
