I got a phone call today from Columbus Radiology saying they had an important message for me. I call and it's about my bill that's not even due yet. The services were recent and there's no past due balance. I always pay my bills on time at the end and middle of each month. I think it is harassment they are calling me about a bill that's not even due yet and leaving me a message they have an important message for me which I assumed was about my health not about a bill that's not even due yet. Just unbelievable.

Received a notice from collections that my husband owes $19.31 from an alleged service in 2018. Never received a bill regarding this, like many others. Ridiculous.

They have a severe billing problem, or their accounts have been HACKED. I had an MRI in Jan 2022 which they read and sent the results to my doctor. Less than a month later, their bill was PAID by ******** and my secondary insurance. 10 months later, I received an email notice to pay the full amount of $713 (for reading only....NOT doing the MRI)! They are repeatedly sending me a bill that I have paid. I have contacted them several times before and they are still sending me bills. They have now said they will send it to collections. I have written confirmation that they were paid and have spoken confirmation from people at their calling center that they see the payment. Do not use this company. Do not go anywhere near this company unless you want to be continually harassed.

Received an email instead of an invoice. Inadequate information in the email to reflect their legitimacy to bill me. Searched the internet as I want to honor my bills and went through a difficult process of confirming that they were legitimate. The email link went to a site requiring information that was missing from the sparce email and I still can not pay until the invoice is remailed. You can and should do better. I received an email regarding a bill. I don't even know who this group is and what they are billing for. I never received a bill in the mail and nothing was ever submitted to my insurance company. I haven't looked at the actual bill because in order to do that I have to submit some personal information and I am not even sure if this is a legitimate company.

This company has turned us over to collections for a bill from 2019, that we never even saw to be able to pay it. The amount they say we owe is some fictitious number that they have seemed to come up with that does not even correspond with the actual billing statement, this is a totally ridiculous problem that we now have to deal with between our insurance company and the collection agency that we now have to deal with, how can this place even stay in business.

Billing system is jokingly bad. I went to Columbus Radiology Corp. in *****, ** in June of 2020. Apparently I was "billed," but never got anything from them and here I am two years later getting a call from collections that I have an outstanding balance that was due. It blows my mind that so many people in the same situation as me have written about this company and they are still getting away with it.
